There are two ways to invest alongside NurtureSource.
1. Lend money to our customers for their renovations through our affiliates’ certified lending programs.
Benefits include:
-low risk (zero defaults to date)
-loans secured by a promissory note and deed of trust
-consistent above-average returns, typically btwn 9%–10% annually
-shorter-than-average investment period of 3–5 months
2. Get access to off-market opportunities with high upside potential through NurtureSource’s extensive agent network. These are typically SFRs (single family residences) in the East Bay and San Francisco. As experts in the market, we can quickly determine the right scope of work and necessary investment to bring in the best returns for our investor partners.
Benefits include:
-higher risk, higher reward (potential outlay of 25%–40%)
-investment secured by an equity position on properties alongside NurtureSource (we always invest with you)
-minimum of 10% return for investors, historically -
typical investment period of 6–12 months
