The Miller house, a standout project that redefined luxury living, blending modern design with eco-friendly elements. We focused on community enrichment through our Alameda Initiative, bringing new life to the Alameda region through innovative housing solutions.

Chris Thompson, recognized as the 'Best Local Expert,' has made an unforgettable impression by managing the highest number of homes in a single neighborhood. Lastly, Kim and Barbara Marienthal, are honored with the title of 'Best All Around Agents,' recognizing their versatility and unwavering commitment. From staging homes to our agent’s transformative approach and collaborative investments, their expertise has played a vital role in enhancing our brand.
HOME STAGING
This year, our team achieved a remarkable feat in property staging, transforming an impressive 123,734 square feet of space. Our staging techniques not only enhanced the value, and the visual appeal of properties but also showcased our commitment to creativity and excellence. A key aspect of our success was our focus on sustainability. We brought nature indoors by using 325 live plants, adding vitality and a touch of green to every space. Additionally, our eco-conscious efforts extended to using 1,830 gallons of eco-friendly paint, showcasing our dedication to environmentally responsible practices. These initiatives have not only raised property values but also highlighted our commitment to sustainable and healthy living environments.
